The agreements between nealvdv and you, in plain language.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to every agreement between nealvdv and you as a customer. Anything different only applies if we agree on it together in writing, for example by email. Our contact details are at the foot of every page.
What we offer and prices
We write the information on this website with care. An obvious mistake or typo in a price or description does not bind us. Prices are in euros; for private customers they include VAT.
When an agreement is made
An agreement is made as soon as we confirm your request, order or booking, by email or in another way you can keep. Until that confirmation nothing is final, for you or for us.
Membership and subscriptions
How long your membership or subscription runs, what it costs, whether it renews and how you end it are shown when you sign up and in your confirmation. You can always ask us until when you are signed up.
Payment
You pay within the term and in the way stated on the invoice or in the confirmation. If you are a private customer and pay late, we first send you a free reminder and give you at least 14 days to pay, as the law requires, before any costs are added.
Liability
We do our work with care and skill. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Complaints
If something is not right, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably in writing to contact@nealvdv.be, with a short description and photos if useful. We reply as quickly as we can and look for a solution with you. If we cannot agree, you can also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) as a consumer.
Your data
We only use your data to carry out the agreement and to meet our legal obligations. How we do that and what your rights are is set out in our privacy statement.
Applicable law
These terms and every agreement with us are governed by Belgian law. In a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law gives a consumer another court.
Changes
We may update these terms. An agreement is governed by the terms as they were when it was made.
